Arrest records can keep you from gaining employment, renting a place to live, and can create many other problems. Don’t miss the opportunity to have your arrest record sealed or expunged from public view.
If you were charged with a crime in St Johns County, and the case did not result in a conviction, you may be eligible to have your court record expunged. If you were charged with a crime in St. Johns County and you received an adjudication withheld, that case may be eligible to be sealed. Only cases that occurred in St Johns County are eligible for review.
